Q: Animal or breed specific products
Hi - my daughter has a much-loved ferret [insert other breed or species here!] and I can't see any or many products for it. Can you get any ferret products in?
A:
Yes, this is a common question. We are constantly looking at new products for different species and breeds of animal. Many manufacturers produce items for the most common breeds or pet types, but we know that there are hundreds of much-loved animals out there. Some of our regulars are collectors who gather everything they can for frogs, cows, owls, penguins and more!
Please feel free to contact us with your breed or animal and we'll see what we can do to get products in. We are currently looking at ferret, rabbit, mouse and rat products. These are hard to come by!

Do you wholesale any products?
A:
Yes, Creative Creatures has several designs of paper that we sell wholesale. Please contact me directly if you are a retailer and wish to get more information.

Q: Delivery times
Once I've put in an order, how long will it take before I receive it?
A:
We pack our orders as soon as they arrive with us, and post them the next business day after payment has been cleared into our bank or PayPal account.
We post all orders – within Australia and internationally - by Australia Post.
We will not be held responsible for any parcels that go missing, are stolen or get damaged during transit if they are not registered/insured. We are happy to arrange registered post or postal insurance on your item at your cost, but please contact us via the Contact Form prior to sending payment.
Postage and handling for orders within Australia is a flat rate of $6.00.
Buyers from outside Australia pay actual postage. Please contact me prior to paying and I will arrange a quote. Again, happy to arrange registered post or postal insurance (at your cost) if you notify me prior to paying.
If you live in a metro or suburban area, please allow between 2 and 5 days for delivery. If you live in a regional or remote area, you parcel could take between 5 and 14 working days to reach you.

Are your items listed in Australian dollars?

Yes, all prices listed on Creative Creatures are in Australian dollars and include GST. We hope to provide the best range of animal products at the best possible prices. Prices may change without notice.

Q: Posting cheque or money order
Where can I send a bank or personal cheque, or a money order?
A:
If posting your payment, please address it to:

Personal cheques normally require 5-7 days clearance time. We will send your order as soon as the money is cleared in our account. If cheques bounce we will add any penalty fees from the bank onto your order.
Items paid for by Australia Post Money Order or by a bank cheque will be posted immediately.
We will hold orders for 2 weeks (14 days) from the date you place the order. If we don’t receive payment by this time, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you would still like to process the order. If not, we’ll place items back in the store.

If I choose to make a direct deposit, what account do I pay into?

When making a direct deposit, please enter the following account details;

Please enter your order number or name as a reference when making a direct deposit payments. This helps me to match payments with orders and speeds up the process.
Direct deposit orders generally take 2-3 working days to clear (depending on the clearance times for each bank). We'll send the order as soon as the money is deposited into our account.

Can you tell me more about paying with Paypal?
A:
Sure- Paypal is a secure and easy-to-use facility for making payments by credit card. You can pay anyone in the world who has an email address. You will need to register your details (including credit card) with Paypal.
The advantages to a buyer are firstly the ease of making secure and instant payments by credit card (ie. No postal delays!), you pay no fees and have clear records of payment, plus PayPal does the currency conversion for you.
